All estimates are free and based on the information provided at the time of the quote.Prices may vary if the scope of work changes or if additional services are requested.Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept cash, checks, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or legal collection actions.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Project scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, and job complexity.If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.We reserve the right to cancel or delay work due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As the customer, you agree to:

Provide clear access to the work areaRemove vehicles, obstacles, or debris that may interfere with serviceInform us of any underground hazards or property-specific concerns

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed property issues or failure to comply with these responsibilities.

6. Limited Warranty

We stand behind our work and aim for complete satisfaction. However, all sealcoating and asphalt services are subject to weather, use, and material limitations.

We offer a

limited workmanship warranty of 1 year

from the service date for issues caused by improper application. This warranty does

not

cover:

Natural wear and tearWeather-related damageCracking due to underlying structural issuesDamage caused by misuse, oil spills, snow plows, or heavy equipment

Claims must be made in writing within the warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 49th State Sealcoating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of 49th State Sealcoating and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without our written consent.

9. Governing Law
